Description

Previously performed in 2015, this was a devised show to take a bold and original look at the issues facing young people while encouraging audiences to make a change, responding to the General Election. Three years later it is being re-devised with the new political developments, think Brexit, Trump and May.

Launched in 2012, YEP is now one of the three pillars of the Everyman and Playhouse, playing an integral role in the organisation.

There are six strands; actors, directors, producers, marketers, technicians and writers. Ranging from 14 to 25, all with the opportunity to be creative, see theatre in a new light and to make exciting experiences for different audiences. All strands work on standalone projects in their various field, as well as working together on shows and events.

Essential to YEP is that productions represent their voice in the city and the world we live in.

For / With By: Festival Of European Youth Theatre is generously supported by Ramps on the Moon, Baron Davenport's Charity and The Golsoncott Foundation.
